  • Marketing Opt‑Out: You can opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links and out of texts by texting STOP to +1 737-379-0569.

  • Help: Text HELP for assistance.

  • Update/Delete: You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability by contacting us at        contact@821-group.com.

  • California (CPRA): Residents have rights to know/access, delete, correct, and opt out of "sharing" for cross‑context behavioral advertising. Use our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link to exercise these rights.

  • Nevada: You may opt out of "sale" as defined by Nevada law by contacting us.

  • EEA/UK: You may withdraw consent and object to processing where we rely on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

 

8) Children’s Privacy

 

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

 

9) Notice of Right to Opt Out of "Sale" or "Sharing" (US State Laws)

  • Each message includes our brand, purpose context where needed, and opt‑out instructions: "Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."

  • We honor opt‑out requests promptly and sync suppression lists across systems.

  • We monitor delivery and complaint rates and may limit or suspend messaging to preserve compliance and deliverability.

The Services may link to third‑party sites or include third‑party features. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing data.
